Within 30 days of purchase, the original purchaser can return any unused Experience Vouchers for a full refund, no questions asked.

You may always trade in your unused Experience Vouchers for anything in their marketplace. You will be charged the difference between the two experiences’ prices if you select the more expensive one, and you will get a credit to use towards your future reservation if you select the cheaper one.

Once an experience has been reserved, there is no way to change or cancel the reservation. The policy on rescheduling will be determined by the experience.
